Salford City College – Developing a leadership team
Date: 2015
Purpose: To advance the communication and reputation management knowledge and skills of the senior leadership team, in order to help the college advocate powerfully on behalf of students and staff and create stronger local, regional and national relationships.
Method:
- reputation and issues management training
- crisis and issues communication plan
- media spokesperson training
Outcomes: The feedback from the group for both sessions was extremely positive and the team applied the lessons learnt during the training in national media activity soon after the session. They also used it to develop new communications plans and team structures.
Client comment:
“All workshops were extremely useful and helpful. I found the training extremely beneficial and although they took me out of my comfort zone initially, I feel very much more able and equipped. The skills developed will help me in many situations and circumstances. Highly valuable training, expertly delivered and very supportive.”
